The Mind/Body Skills approach to coaching creates transformation and learning by engaging clients to clarify their vision, goals, and ideas. It assumes that people have the inherent creativity, intelligence, and tacit knowledge they need to succeed but may need help in gaining access to it. As a coach, Carol Penn listens carefully; to help clients assess their personal agenda and to set stretch goals. She teaches new skills and capabilities and then challenges and supports them to reach those goals. Through a successful theory of action and meaningful feedback clients are challenged and supported all the way to success.

Carol Penn DO’s medical training allows her to design individualized health and evidence based mental and physical programs in the areas of fitness, nutrition, weight management, health risk, stress management, and life satisfaction. Your program will be based on your initial assessment. You will achieve a higher level of well-being as well as reduce health care costs.

Carol Penn DO assists clients to connect the dots between who they are and who they want to be, and to take incremental behavioral steps that will enable them to succeed to a higher level of health and well being.

Coaching generates the capacity, resources, and process needed for successful change. As a Mind/Body wellness coach, Carol Penn DO facilitates the change process by creating a growth promoting relationship with you, the client to elicit motivation.

Individual monthly coaching: Up to 4 face-to-face or phone meetings on a monthly basis: $199.00 (includes an assessment and vision plan as well as 2-4 mind/body skills.)

Three month package: Many clients have found that lasting change takes place over 10-12 sessions utilizing this approach. The three month package includes up to 12 face to face or phone meetings and the investment is: $525.00
